There no existance of 'Present' (Past/Present/Future) or it is there for observable 5.39124e-44 seconds.

What is the Plank time ?

5.39124e-44 seconds
The maximum resolution at which the time can be sampled using a photon. The measurement will always be a plank time delayed because of the light (photon) has to cover twice the distance to go and comeback with an information.

So this can be perfectly assumed that we are limited by our scale of observation. Which can be done currently at light speed.

If we draw the time line we will find the 'past', 'present' and 'future' like as below:

∞ -------------[   ]-------------
Past -----------|   |---------Future
                   the 'Present'.

The shown present is the difference between two corresponding time points (twistor: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twistor) of having time length of the plank time, can be stated as 'Present' according to us. Ideally 'present''s duration is 0 second. Which comes to a conclusion that in timeline these is no existence of 'Present'.

Again if we assume the given timeline, since we'll only be able to sample the time at the beginning of the present when 'present' has not started yet and at the time when 'present' has just finished and will keep on repeating it. Hence again comes to a conclusion by the limit of light speed at first time point the expected 'present' is 'future' and at the second corresponding point the first point is 'past' and at both or at in between the points we are unable to sample the time because of the plank time limitation. It is never a good conclusion to assume that the 'present' is absent in any timeline but our observation limits can not be exceeded. So currently one can say that "There is no existence of 'PRESENT'. To overcome this limitation  one has to take higher dimensional assumptions into account.
